But what is the origin of this condition and what is its consequence?<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Well, the truth is that cannabis is not a <a href=\"https:\/\/sensiseeds.com\/es\/blog\/las-10-mutaciones-mas-alucinantes-del-cannabis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">searched genetics<\/a> and well achieved to make it more striking and beautiful, but quite the opposite. As in humans or animals, albinism in cannabis is a lack of pigmentation of the plant.&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>This means that while these plants may be beautiful and eye-catching to look at, genetically they are at a BIG disadvantage as their white color is a sign of a huge lack of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.semillasdemarihuana.info\/clorofila-pigmento-verde-plantas-cannabis-marihuana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">chlorophyll<\/a>The photosynthesis process by which plants transform light into chemical energy, producing sugars to feed themselves, survive and grow... quite important, isn't it?<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>A plant that is born 100 percent albino is incapable of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.semillas-de-marihuana.com\/blog\/fotosintesis-de-la-marihuana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">photosynthesize<\/a> and it is for this reason that it never reaches maturity. However, this rarely happens and most commonly cases of albinism in cannabis are not so extreme, with partial or reduced pigmentation.
